See the state of your facility now, not after the loss

One system for monitoring, metering and control across a network of plants, warehouses, pharmacies and stores. Temperature, energy, building systems and equipment in a single window, 24/7.

Facilities where a deviation costs money

The cost of not knowing

What costs more than a monitoring system

In a large facility a problem is almost always noticed later than it began. The difference between seeing it at once and seeing it in the morning is a written-off batch, a stopped line, or an electricity bill nobody can explain.

Write-offs

The problem shows up after the loss

A failed compressor or a rising temperature gets noticed once the stock is spoiled, not when the deviation started.

Overspend

Hidden costs grow quietly

Equipment runs outside its schedule, overloaded, or at night. The bill shows it. The cause does not.

Audit

Logbooks are filled in by hand

Temperature and humidity get checked irregularly, and entries get written in advance. Management is working from assumptions, not data.

Nights and weekends

Nothing is watching between shifts

That is when failures happen most often, and exactly when nobody is there to notice them.

Claims

There is no evidence trail

Without a record you cannot prove when a deviation started, how long it lasted, or who should have responded.

Multiple facilities

Facilities live in isolation from each other

Branches, warehouses and zones report in different places, or not at all. There is no single picture for the company.

Without monitoring, a business grows blind

Three functions, one system

Monitoring, control and metering in one loop

One platform instead of three separate ones: sensors, meters and actuators share a network and a server.

Sensors, a gateway and the platform shown on screen

Monitoring

SENSORS
  • Temperature, humidity, CO₂, pH
  • Water and flooding, with line-break supervision
  • Pipe pressure and leaks in pipework
  • Voltage and power supply status
  • Pumps, with confirmed starts
  • Diesel generator and switchover
  • Liquid level in tanks, and distance
  • Agriculture: soil moisture, pH, EC
  • Batteries and BMS
  • Access control, doors, entry events

  • Electricity by zone and by equipment
  • Water
  • Heating and cooling
  • Gas
  • Compressed air

LoRaWAN

A radio network that covers the whole facility

Sensors, meters and relays send data to the gateway over LoRaWAN, and the gateway forwards it to the server over 4G, Ethernet or Wi-Fi. No cable runs through the shop floor or the warehouse.

What the kit includes

  • A LoRaWAN gateway (base station) covering the whole facility
  • A backup power unit for outages
  • Wireless temperature and humidity sensors
  • Wireless meters for electricity, water and heat
  • Access to the platform from the web and from a phone

Installation takes a screwdriver and screws. The equipment arrives pre-configured: mount it, switch it on, and the data starts flowing.

Your facility at a glance

We draw the facility plan individually: zones, cold rooms, compressor rooms, meters and air curtains sit where they actually sit. Below are screens from live facilities.

Reporting and compliance

Data an auditor will accept

The system keeps the full history, and produces charts, event logs and validation reports that show storage conditions met the requirements the whole time, not just at the moment of inspection.

  • Temperature and humidity reportsFormatted for HACCP ISO 22000, exported to XLS and PDF for any period.
  • Temperature and humidity mappingValidation reporting for pharmaceutical and food facilities, with the limits on record.
  • Event and alarm logWho was alerted, when they responded, how long the deviation lasted.
  • Automatic report templatesSent out on a schedule, with no one collecting the data by hand.

Energy and critical power

Metering that explains the bill

You cannot optimise what you do not measure. Metering by zone, by equipment and by tenant gives you a basis for decisions, and surfaces anomalies before they turn into failures.

Three-phase DIN-rail electricity meter

Electricity monitoring and metering

You can see exactly where the energy goes, what it costs, and where equipment is running when it need not be.

  • Consumption in real time
  • Anomalies and sudden increases
  • Metering by zone and by tenant
  • Voltage, current, power, phases
  • Overload caught before a failure
  • Charts and reports for management

Energy savings of 5 to 20% a month, when the system is set up properly.

Diesel generators and equipment

A separate loop for critical power: the generator has to start when it is needed.

  • Running hours
  • Failed starts
  • Diesel consumption and refuelling
  • Start-up delay after a power loss
  • Frequency, voltage, current
  • Vibration and amplitude
  • Generator and exhaust temperature
  • Telegram alerts

Refrigeration compressor

Equipment parameters and alarms

We connect to the controllers of refrigeration racks, compressors and other units and read their own parameters, not just the room temperature.

  • Equipment running hours
  • Vibration frequency and amplitude
  • Loss-of-voltage monitoring
  • Compressor alarms and statuses
  • Discharge and suction pressure
  • Telegram alerts

Rollout

From a pilot at one facility to the whole network

The order matters: first we prove the value at one facility, then we roll out the finished solution with no new approvals needed.

STEP 1

Facility review

We work through what is already installed, which parameters are critical, and which losses are being measured today.

At your facility or remote
STEP 2

Pilot on 5-10 points

A gateway, sensors and meters on the riskiest zones. Real data instead of assumptions.

Installed in hours
STEP 3

Facility visualisation

We draw the plan individually, with the equipment, zones and meters of your particular facility.

Shaped around your processes
STEP 4

Rollout across the network

The same kit and the same interface on every facility, with one combined picture for the company.

Without stopping operations

Next step

Let us make your facility controllable and transparent

Start with a review: we will show you which parameters at your facility are not monitored today and what that costs. Then a pilot on a handful of points.

Request a facility review

Just a few lines is enough. We will prepare a preliminary estimate and an equipment list before we talk.

Name and contact are required. Everything else is optional.

Your name, then a comma, then your company. For example: Maria Santos, Acme Foods

An email address such as name@company.com. Or a phone number with the country code, starting with a plus sign, for example +44 20 7123 4567 or +49 30 1234 5678.

Where the facility is, which may not be where you are. It tells us which rules apply and who picks the enquiry up.

For example: 12 cold rooms across 3 facilities, electricity metering by zone, HACCP reports

We reply within one business day. We never share your details.

If the security check does not load, or you would rather not use this form, email us at sales@polymetrica.net - it reaches the same team.
