Reports and compliance: the record should be a by-product, not a task

Auditors check records, not intentions. When readings are collected automatically, the report becomes something you export rather than something somebody has to remember to write.

What the system produces

The same readings that drive the alerts also build the paperwork. Nothing is entered twice, and nothing depends on a person remembering to walk round with a clipboard. Three regimes ask for this evidence in different shapes: ESOS and SECR for energy, BRCGS for food, and GDP and MHRA for medicinal products.

HACCP ISO 22000 reportsTemperature and humidity per control point, for any period, in the format an auditor expects.
Temperature and humidity mappingZone mapping with the points and limits on record, for cold rooms and storage areas.
Validation reportingHourly values with deviations marked, for pharmaceutical and food facilities.
Event and alarm logWho was alerted, when they responded, how long the deviation lasted.
Scheduled reportsSent to the responsible people on a schedule, with nobody collecting data by hand.
Unbroken historyGateway and sensors keep logging through a power cut, so there is no gap to explain.
Limits as part of the recordEach zone carries its own range, and that range is stored with the readings.
ExportXLS and PDF for any period, per point or per facility.

We supply the data and the reports. We are not a validation consultancy and we do not issue certificates: your auditor or qualified person does that. What we remove is the part where the evidence has to be assembled by hand, months after the events it describes.

An audit checks your records, not your intentions

The system writes them whether or not anyone remembers to.

Situation and system response

Situation
What the system does
What you get
A scheduled inspection of storage conditions
The report for the period is built from the history in minutes
No reconstructing logbooks by hand
A deviation at 03:00
The event, its duration and the response are all in the log
The batch decision rests on data
A power cut during the night
Sensors and gateway keep logging on backup power
The record has no gap to explain
A new storage area is added
The point is added with its own limits and appears in the next report

Rollout

From pilot to full coverage

STEP 1

Facility review

We look at what is installed, which parameters are critical and where the losses are today.

At your facility or remote
STEP 2

Pilot on 5-10 points

A gateway, sensors and meters on the riskiest zones. Installed without stopping operations.

A few hours per facility
STEP 3

Dashboards and reports

We draw up the facility plan, set the limits for each point, the alerts and the report formats.

Shaped around your processes
STEP 4

Scaling up

The same kit across the remaining zones and facilities, with a single view for the whole company.

No new approvals needed
Next step

We will show you what your report will look like

Send us your control points and the conditions each one has to hold. We will prepare a sample report built for your facility.

Request a facility review

Just a few lines is enough. We will prepare a preliminary estimate and an equipment list before we talk.

Name and contact are required. Everything else is optional.

Your name, then a comma, then your company. For example: Maria Santos, Acme Foods

An email address such as name@company.com. Or a phone number with the country code, starting with a plus sign, for example +44 20 7123 4567 or +49 30 1234 5678.

Where the facility is, which may not be where you are. It tells us which rules apply and who picks the enquiry up.

For example: 12 control points, HACCP reports every month, mapping for two cold rooms

We reply within one business day. We never share your details.

If the security check does not load, or you would rather not use this form, email us at sales@polymetrica.net - it reaches the same team.
