Reports and compliance: the record should be a by-product, not a task

Auditors check records, not intentions. When readings are collected automatically, the report becomes something you export rather than something somebody has to remember to write.

What the system produces

The same readings that drive the alerts also build the paperwork. Nothing is entered twice, and nothing depends on a person remembering to walk round with a clipboard. Three regimes ask for this evidence in different shapes: ESOS and SECR for energy, BRCGS for food, and GDP and MHRA for medicinal products.

What GDP and the MHRA expect

F-Gas is a fourth regime people ask about, and the answer there is narrower: we do not check for leaks and we do not keep the log. What we do record on refrigeration plant sits beside that log rather than replacing any part of it.

We provide the measurement, the record and the reports. We are not a certification body, an assessor or a consultancy, and no monitoring system makes a facility compliant with any of these. Your auditor, assessor or Responsible Person decides that. What we remove is the part where the evidence has to be reconstructed afterwards.
